Double swinging with her god sibling, L, at a birthday party!
Doing a great job on her new bike!
Park time!
Working on her tetherball skills!
Still going to church in a sundress! In November!
Doing better each time with the new structure at My Gym! It took her a bit to adapt to the three year old class, but she's doing well now!
TV watching and book reading with Bubby!
Happy Voting Day! Happy that I got to take both my munchkins with me to vote. Proud to live in place where we can make our voices heard!
However, Little Sweetie is done with these warm days. And I think we are all done with this election! She's ready to move on to colder days and...
...Christmas time!
Sorry, Little Sweetie. We've got a big trip to Minnesota and then Thanksgiving before we can even think about wrapping you up as an American Girl doll and gifting you for Christmas. But I agree that you'd be the cutest doll ever!
Height and Weight
Still just over 36 inches tall and coming in at 32 pounds, although her love of sweet treats may put her in higher weight category soon!
Getting beignets with Momma!
Here, Momma. Let me help you blow out your candle. And then I will help you eat all of your cake!
My favorite cookie baking helper!
Personality
Still my sweet and goofy little girl! She's getting to be quite the comedian and enjoys being silly.
Batgirl is ready for bed!
Developmental Milestones
I continue to be amazed at the words she has ("Momma, that blanket is so 'colorful'!") and the fine motor skills she's cultivating. She is doing well at learning time during the day and even asks for it sometimes.
The finished result of the cupcake she painted for her birthday (and mine). She held attention and did such a great job during project.
Some days, learning time is awesome. Like when she correctly traces all her numbers. Or she draws a topographical map of an island ("The volcano is in the middle, Momma, and the pups are walking along the beach."). Or when she designed a new tractor that will "get the food out better." Or when she sits diligently at a sticker projects and strengthens those tiny finger muscles...
But some days it looks like this too! Proud of this creative and fun-loving girl!
Fun Tidbits
It's just a daily occurrence of fun with this silly girl!
See you next month,
