Christmas Fun!

We had quite an exciting Christmas Eve and Christmas this year!  It was actually the first Christmas we have had without our families (we'll be traveling in January for a late Ohio Christmas celebration), but I think we were still able to make it memorable.  And I know we'll all enjoy celebrating again next month!

On Christmas Eve, we braved the movie theaters with a three year-old and a two month-old to take Big Brother to his first movie, Frozen.  He really enjoyed it and Little Sweetie slept quite soundly cuddled up to me in the carrier.  Afterward, we went home and Little Sweetie got to watch us bake Christmas cookies from her high chair and then got to see Santa when he stopped by our house.  Lots of fun for Big Brother and I know Little Sweetie will enjoy it just as much in the years to come!

And then after all the excitement, it was time to sleep so we could wake up to Christmas morning!

Someone's excited to get her presents!

Little Sweetie got her first present, a set of books from her big brother!

Sweet siblings!

All the excitement of the morning wore her out!

Because we didn't travel for the holiday and had no family in town, we met up with some of our friends who were in similar situations for Christmas dinner.  Little Sweetie slept very soundly in her carseat next to her buddies Baby B and Baby J while Big Brother played with his friends.  We then came home to meet up with Uncle C and Miss A for more fun.  It was a lovely first Christmas as a family of four!

Babies all in a row!

Merry Christmas,
